Before a show

• Make a Full Backup of your library before updating the app or iPadOS. Backups are always free.
• Play each song through the rig you will use: interface, outputs and screens.
• Keep your iPad charged and plugged in for long services.

Moving from Stage Traxx or OnSong

Import Stage Traxx 4 song files and whole-library backups, or OnSong and ChordPro charts. Import is free on every plan. Follow the step-by-step import guide.

Plans and purchases

Apple handles purchases. To change or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See Plans and Questions for what you keep and the 30-day countdown.

What you need

• iPad or iPhone with iPadOS or iOS 17.6 or later.
• Pro and All Access also run on Macs with Apple silicon.
• A class-compliant audio interface for multiple outputs; MIDI over USB, Bluetooth or network.
